The Mostazafan Foundation Project in Shahr-e Kord is a landmark development in the sector of governmental and social buildings, designed and executed with the goal of creating a modern and efficient space for delivering services to the public and various segments of society.
This project was carefully planned to enhance the quality of services provided by the Mostazafan Foundation and to offer a suitable environment for both staff and visitors. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and functional setting for public service delivery, while also aligning the building’s design with contemporary architectural and construction standards.

One of the key aspects of this project was the selection and installation of durable, high-quality doors tailored to the diverse functional areas within the Mostazafan Foundation building in Shahr-e Kord.
In this regard, CDOOR played a significant role by supplying modern, well-designed doors that contributed not only to the overall interior aesthetics but also to the safety and comfort of the various spaces. The doors used in this project were carefully selected to match the specific requirements of different zones, including rooms, entrances, and corridors.

For the public and high-traffic areas of this project, linear glass doors were selected. These doors not only add a sleek and modern aesthetic but also enhance natural lighting and help create a bright, open atmosphere. Linear glass doors were particularly well-suited for spaces such as entrances and lobbies, where increased light and a sense of openness are essential—qualities these doors effectively deliver.

In areas where greater privacy was required, CNC-designed doors were used. These doors, featuring precise and intricate CNC patterns, were specifically chosen for private rooms, offices, and administrative sections. In addition to their aesthetic appeal and harmony with the interior design, they offer high levels of strength and security—effectively meeting the privacy and safety requirements of the Mostazafan Foundation building in Shahr-e Kord.

Edge-framed doors were selected as a durable and reliable option for high-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, and entrances. These doors are well-suited to withstand frequent use and pressure. In addition to their excellent performance, their clean and elegant design has added to the overall aesthetic appeal of the interior spaces in this project.

The doors in this project were finished with the D29 coating, known for its special properties such as resistance to abrasion and impact. These features ensure that the doors maintain their durability and quality even after long-term use, reducing the need for frequent maintenance or repairs.

The Mostazafan Foundation Project in Shahr-e Kord, through the use of high-quality doors and modern designs, successfully created a functional and welcoming workspace for both staff and visitors.
This project stands as a strong example of thoughtful design and smart material selection aimed at improving the quality of work and life—seamlessly aligned with both environmental and operational needs.
