The Technical and Engineering Faculty Project at the University of Tabriz is considered one of the most significant educational projects in the northwest of the country. It was designed and implemented with the goal of enhancing academic, research, and workshop spaces for students and faculty members. This complex has been built with a focus on creating a standard, safe environment aligned with modern educational needs, and all its components have been developed purposefully and in compliance with educational architectural requirements.
In this project, CDOOR was responsible for the design, production, and installation of the building’s interior doors. With a fully technical approach tailored to the needs of academic environments, the company played a significant role in the final quality of the interior spaces. Educational spaces require proper sound insulation, high resistance to wear and heavy traffic, as well as aesthetics that match the academic atmosphere—all of which were carefully observed throughout this project.
In this project, single-leaf doors with CNC design were used, featuring a simple and engineered appearance that perfectly aligns with the scientific and modern identity of the faculty. Besides their visual beauty, these doors are made from durable, industrial materials, providing high resistance to heavy traffic and environmental factors such as humidity, impact, and temperature variations.
The three-sided luxury frames used in this project were manufactured and installed with high precision. Since these frames are directly visible to students, professors, and visitors, their aesthetic quality and meticulous execution were of great importance. These frames meet the highest standards both in terms of physical durability and coordination with the door designs.
The coating used was selected with code D42 to provide a combination of a professional appearance, resistance to abrasion, and high cleanability. This coating, with a matte and formal texture, keeps the university environment orderly and functional.
