The Jannat Hotel Commercial Project is recognized as a prominent example of mixed-use architecture (hotel and commercial) in the country. Designed and executed to create a modern, luxurious, and multifunctional space in the heart of a bustling area, this project combines hotel and commercial functions. The developers of the Jannat Project have aimed to create a dynamic, attractive, and functional environment that meets the diverse needs of clients, travelers, and visitors.
CDOOR, as the door supplier for this project, played a crucial role in enhancing the final quality and aesthetics of the spaces. In the Jannat Project, single-leaf doors with CNC designs and modern frames were used, perfectly harmonizing with the luxurious interior décor of both the commercial and residential areas. These doors were meticulously designed to maintain architectural harmony while offering high durability to withstand heavy daily traffic and frequent use.
The CNC doors used in this project, crafted with advanced technology and precise design, feature attractive grooves and patterns that convey a sense of modernity and quality to users. These doors not only offer striking aesthetics but also ensure reliable performance and durability in the high-traffic commercial and hotel environments.
The selected frames for this project are of a modern design and made from durable materials. These frames perfectly complement the door panels and the interior design of both the hotel and commercial sections, providing a luxurious and cohesive look while ensuring high strength and precise installation.
The finish used was custom-selected according to the client’s preferences and is of high quality. Besides offering a luxurious and modern appearance, these finishes provide excellent resistance to moisture, impact, and long-term discoloration, making them ideal for high-traffic environments.
The combination of CNC doors, modern frames, and custom finishes has made the Janet Project a successful model in both aesthetics and functionality for commercial-hotel space design and execution.
