The Mania Residential Tower project, located in the pleasant climate region of Namak Abrood, is one of the prominent luxury residential construction projects in northern Iran. The design of this tower focuses on peace, security, and the quality of life for its residents, utilizing top-grade materials and modern building standards throughout all stages of construction. This tower is not only a symbol of contemporary architecture in the region but also, due to its excellent geographic location, breathtaking natural views, and advanced amenities, has become a popular destination for permanent residence and seasonal stays.
In this project, CDOOR played a significant role in enhancing the spatial quality and interior aesthetics by supplying and installing interior doors. Given that Mania Tower is classified as a luxury residential project, the selection of door types and designs was carried out with great care and precision.
In the interior design, single-leaf doors with CNC patterns and special coatings were used, which meet high standards in terms of both durability and aesthetics. These doors were custom-designed for each unit to perfectly match the interior decor and the modern architectural style of the project.
The three-sided luxury frames were also selected to enhance installation quality, strength, and visual coherence in the design. Besides enabling precise installation, these frames add a very elegant and uniform appearance to the interior space and perfectly match the color and texture of the door coatings.
The coatings used in this project are custom-made and specially designed for the humid northern region of the country. Resistance to moisture and temperature changes are the main features of these coatings, which are essential for projects in coastal areas. Additionally, the coatings convey a warm and natural wood feel in terms of color and pattern, greatly contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of the space.
