The Royal Tower Project in Tehran, completed in 2023, stands as one of the most prestigious and luxurious residential developments in the Iranian capital. Located in a prime and strategic area of the city, this tower aims to deliver advanced amenities, modern design, and premium construction quality. The interiors have been meticulously designed with an emphasis on aesthetics and resident comfort.
In this project, CDOOR was entrusted with the supply and installation of all interior doors. Given the building’s upscale nature and specific functional requirements, it was essential to implement doors with exceptional quality, distinctive visual appeal, and high durability against frequent use and temperature variations.
The project utilized a combination of linear glass doors and CNC-patterned doors. The linear glass doors, with their minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, were ideal for creating an open, spacious ambiance—perfectly in tune with the character of high-end residences. These doors also served as an excellent solution for maximizing natural light in interior spaces. Meanwhile, the CNC patterns added elegance and visual detail, contributing to a refined and cohesive design language throughout the building.
A key highlight of this project was the use of edge-framed doors, which not only enhanced the modern appearance of the interiors but also provided superior strength and resistance against environmental and physical impacts. Their precise construction ensured seamless integration with the tower’s overall architectural style, supporting a calm, secure, and luxurious atmosphere.
The chosen door finish, labeled D29, further elevated the project’s quality standards. This high-end finish is known for its environmental resilience, long-lasting color stability, and exceptional aesthetic properties—making it a premium choice for luxury developments.
With the use of advanced technology and top-grade materials, CDOOR successfully completed the Royal Tower Project to the highest quality standards.
