In 2021, CDOOR played a key role in the enhancement of hospital infrastructure by delivering and installing 280 high-performance single-leaf doors at Khatam-al-Anbia Hospital in Tehran. These doors featured premium three-sided frames and custom CNC designs, tailored specifically for medical environments where safety, hygiene, and durability are essential.
This large-scale implementation significantly improved the overall functionality and visual harmony of the hospital’s interior spaces. The selected doors were engineered not only to meet the strict requirements of medical environments but also to elevate the aesthetic appeal of patient rooms, corridors, and support areas.
One of the defining elements of this project was the use of D42 veneer — a highly durable and scratch-resistant surface that ensures long-term performance in high-traffic healthcare settings. This finish offers strong resistance to cleaning agents, humidity, and wear, making it an ideal choice for a hospital environment.
The CNC designs were customized to create a clean, modern look while preserving the practical requirements of a healthcare facility. The integration of three-sided luxury frames added structural integrity and contributed to a cohesive architectural identity across the project.
By adhering to the project’s tight timeline and quality benchmarks, CDOOR successfully delivered a turnkey solution that met both the functional and design expectations of the client. The project now stands as a reference model for future hospital door system integrations.
