مشخصات محصول

CDOOR hospital doors are made from a high-density plywood core. The surface of these doors is covered with PVC coating in various thicknesses. The vacuum pressing process bonds the PVC coating to the door surface using pressure and heat to create a solid, durable layer. These doors are resistant to moisture, heat, and impact, and are suitable for use in medical environments.

**CDOOR Hospital Doors – Designed for Durability in Demanding Environments**

Public environments—especially hospitals—are among the most challenging settings for doors and frames. High foot traffic, constant opening and closing, frequent impacts from stretchers, hospital beds, and wheelchairs, along with the necessity for regular sanitization, demand specially engineered doors that can withstand such intensive use.

**CDOOR** takes pride in offering **hospital-grade doors** with unique features tailored for these critical applications.

### 🔧 **Available Leaf Configurations:**

CDOOR hospital doors are available in various models to meet specific functional needs:

* **Steel-Reinforced Leaf**
* **Leaf with Ventilation Grille**
* **Leaf with Steel and Ventilation Grille**
* **Leaf with Steel and Glass Frame**
* **Leaf with Glass Frame and Ventilation Grille**
* **Leaf with Steel, Glass Frame, and Ventilation Grille**

All models can be produced in the following configurations:

* Single-leaf
* Double-leaf
* Double swing (pivot-hinged) and more

### ⚙️ **Functional Features:**

* **Steel Sheet Reinforcement:**
For increased resistance to impacts from hospital beds, wheelchairs, and trolleys, steel sheets are embedded into the mid and lower sections of the Polywood door leaf—on one or both sides.

* **Ventilation Grille:**
(Often misnamed as “grille” in local usage) enables air exchange and temperature control based on the required airflow (CFM) for each room. Installed directly into the door leaf.

* **Glass Frame (B\&Z):**
Integrated glazing options available for visibility and light while maintaining hygiene standards.

### 🛠️ **Optional Accessories for Hospital Use:**

* **Aluminum Architrave (75×75 mm):**
Enhances protection of the external casing in high-traffic hospital corridors.

* **Aluminum Edge Banding (2.5 mm):**
Provides added durability to door edges on the lock and hinge sides and protects steel corners.

* **Electric Strike Plate:**
Integrated for controlled access in centralized security systems, reinforced into the Polywood core.

* **Lead Cover (Lid Cover):**
For routing cables through the door leaf and frame into the wall; connection points are reinforced for safety and durability.

* **Door Closer (Surface-Mounted or Concealed):**
Controls the speed and force of door closing. Electric models can be integrated with access control systems; all installations are reinforced within the Polywood.

* **Drop-Down Sealing Mechanism (Smoke Seal):**
Automatically seals the undercut of the door upon closing. Combined with gasketed frames on three sides, it ensures the door is smoke-resistant and airtight.

These solutions make **CDOOR hospital doors** ideal for **medical centers, clinics, and cleanroom environments** where **hygiene, durability, and safety** are critical. Let me know if you’d like this formatted for catalog, brochure, or technical datasheet use.
