Rebate Door: This type of leaf is installed on all kinds of metal frames, including old, French, Mexican, etc. The requirement of the width of the adjustable leaf of the metal frame is 35 mm as a standard parameter. A rebate hinge is used for this structure. The rebate door has a rebate polywood profile and the sealing rubber which is inserted into its groove. Metal frame cover on one side (outside) with decorative polywood profiles (complementary Profile and modern architrave 75 x 75 mm) can also be ordered and implemented for renovative projects.

FLUSH Door: This type of door leaf is installed on the polywood frame and is completely placed inside the jamb profile, the four sides of the flush doors have PVC edge banding (lipping) (The main profile of the frame is called jamb, and the decorative L-shaped profiles that are placed in the grooves on both sides of the jamb are called architrave). The minimal butterfly hinge is used for this structure. The types of polywood frames are:

FRAMELESS Door: This type of door has a hidden aluminum frame that is installed and hidden inside the wall joinery. This product is related to the minimal design style in architecture, where any additional elements in the design are removed, and therefore it does not have a rough design. The origin of the minimal design style is related to the words of Leonardo da Vinci, the painter and sculptor of the Italian Renaissance, who expresses the beauty of removing additions, just as the reason for the beauty of the sea is the infinity of simplicity. For this structure, a 3D hidden hinge adjustable in three directions X, Y, Z is used.

Double Leaves Doors: For openings that are wider than the standard or have limited foot space, double-leaves doors are the best solution. In this case, the main/active door leaf, for example, with a width of 900 mm, and the non-original/passive door leaf, for example, with a width of at least 300 mm can be ordered. For the strike side in the passive door (with a metal frame / Rebate or Polywood / FLUSH), an aluminum nose profile is made on the outside and a sealing rubber is inserted into the groove so that the main door is closed on the sealing rubber and the wind intake between the two leaves is blocked from the outside and is not accessible or destroyed (vandalism). If the width of each door leaf is equal to each other, that opening is called equal leaves. The equal double-leaves openings for the meeting halls should be ordered and executed as an outward opening, and in this case, the aluminum nose profile is executed on the edge of the main outward-facing leaf.

Double Swinging, Double Acting Doors: This type of doors moves on both inside and outside of the opening and are produced and installed as equal double leaves and single leaf. Swinging doors have a FLUSH structure and are installed within the smallest width inside the opening of the plywood frame or metal frame (forehead / soffit). For each door leaf, a PIVOT Hinge set including two upper and lower parts is used.
